Oven Parmesan Chicken

Adapted from: Better Homes and Gardens New Cook Book – Poultry – Oven Fried Chicken

I used 3 bone-in chicken breasts dipped in butter and rolled in mixture of crushed:
1 cup bran flakes (cereal)
1 cup blue corn chips
2 graham crackers
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2/3 cup NICE Parmesan cheese

Bake 375 for 1 hour. yummmm
